I started Remote First Capital in the autumn of 2019. The goal was pretty simple - to make investments into the most exciting teams building our new global remote-first future.
20 months later – Fund I (RFC I) was a great success – we have over 100 LPs & we've invested in over 50 incredible teams with enormous results (see below).
We're just raised Fund II (RFC II) and oversubscribed just with LPs from RFC I. Since 90%+ of the fund was done by insiders, we decided to create a small allocation of the fund for new small-check operators & founders who want to join the LP network. The goal is to get new valuable LPs into our network in order to help our RFC founders succeed.

Investors usually don't like to share results. Given that this is a fully public fundraise and we got nothing to hide I wanted to make the numbers public.
